The first version of Meeting Expense Calculator android app was pretty simple and basic. It just had a textbox to enter salary, two buttons: Start and Stop, and two placeholders for time and cost. It didn't have support for landscape mode. And, there were no validations in place. I could type '0' and make the app blow up ;)..
Version 2.0 provides more features on the app. The Stop is now changed to Pause. Then, you can either choose to Resume or Restart. During these steps, the user input is disabled. Once Reset is clicked, the user can change their input. There are validations for numbers - gives a nifty toast message that the input is invalid. And, of course, support for landscape. All together, I think we did a good job, nothing extraordinary, but good.
We have already planned new features for next version. We plan to incorporate some features our users have commented about. I think we have some "cool" stuffs coming up...
